After your offer has been accepted, we will work on your behalf to arrange for a home inspection by a top-notch inspection company. They will do a very detailed inspection of the entire home and provide you with a written report often times 50 pages in length. Should the inspection reveal areas of concern, we will negotiate a fair adjustment to the agreed upon sales price based on the inspection findings.
Throughout the buying process, we will continue to work with your lender and title company to ensure there are no surprises when we get to the closing.
